Our founder Dr. Susan McMahon is an award-winning cosmetic dentist and traveling lecturer. Dr. McMahon's practice is located in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA where she raised her three children. When she began her career there were few women in her field, so Dr. McMahon has dedicated her time to helping young women navigate and succeed in the field.

After 30 years in the dental industry, Dr. McMahon realized that dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and smile enthusiasts all needed a way to treat themselves. She decided to create Smirk Box to help her peers find the best everyday products for their professional and personal lives. The Smirk team will fill each box with the best self-care products, exciting dental products, and insights from our favorite dental professionals.
